Please Read Carefully Our Support policy!

Where do I get support?

All questions and issues whether you need a Support for any of Purchased Products or if you have ordered a Custom Service, can be submitted under Premium Support section HERE.

Please provide sufficient information about your issues and questions in order for us to help you out effectively. The below information are recommended for submission:

  • Submit your questions/issues under your registered email (which you used to purchase our products).
  • Clarify which theme you are having the trouble with and detail description of your questions/issue (screenshots are highly appreciated, picture does speak a thousand words)
  • URL link to your live-site or test-site and configuration settings of your PHP/server. We will then provide our feedback in the next 24hrs.
  • It is very important to point out what changes to Templates or other files you have made by your self or someone else did.

What we do NOT support?

We don’t support 3rd party extensions/plugin as we do not initiate the coding of such. You might need to contact the 3rd party extensions/plugins providers for help.

Questions related to basic MyBB, WordPress … and HTML/CSS/JS/PHP … are supported by the community. And sorry, NO customization work supported.
